IMPORTANT – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
The reference LRPS-2022-9178523 must be shown in the e-mail’s subject.
1. Offers should be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received by e-mail ONLY to: Libya.Tenders@unicef.org not later than, 11:59 PM Libya Time on 6.November.2022,otherwise they will be considered invalid.
2. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 17.October.2022 at 11:59 PM Libya time for interested bidders , conditioned to a confirmation by bidders by no later than 16.October.2022 at 11:59 PM Libya time.
3. Questions from Bidders, all questions are to be sent via EMAIL to sbelhaj@unicef.org , Deadline for receiving questions is 23.October.2022 @ 11:59PM Libya Time .
4.Bids must be submitted electronically in English in two separate emails (one for Technical Proposal and the second for Financial Proposal) to the following email address Libya.Tenders@unicef.org ONLY.
The reference LRPS-2022-9178523 Technical Proposal’ must be shown in the subject line of the email consisting of the technical proposal.
AND the reference LRPS-2022-9178523 Financial Proposal’ must be shown in the subject line of the email consisting of the financial proposal.
The Invitation to Bids form must be used when replying to this invitation. Currency of bid is UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD).
Offers Validity must be no less than 120 days after submission deadline.
